1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Gas Service Vikas provides:

• Gas cooktop repair and maintenance
• Cooking range servicing
• Gas stove and burner repair
• Gas leak detection and repair
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
• Emergency repair services

3. Service Appointments

• Appointments can be scheduled via phone or online form
• We strive to arrive at the scheduled time but delays may occur
• Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours in advance
• Emergency services are available 24/7 with priority response

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers
• AMC plans can be paid annually or in installments
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice

5. Warranty

• We provide a 30-day warranty on repair services
• Warranty covers the specific issue repaired
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or accidents
• AMC plans include extended coverage as per plan terms

6. Liability

• We take all necessary precautions to ensure safety
• We are not liable for pre-existing issues not related to our service
• Customer must ensure safe access to the appliance
• Any damage caused by our technicians will be repaired at our cost

7. AMC Plans

• AMC plans are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Services must be used within the plan period
• Unused services do not carry over to the next year
• Plans can be renewed before expiry for uninterrupted service
